Nice clean place. Good location. Easy to get ride share rides. minutes from Broadway. Has good parking if you have a car. Would stay here again on my next visit to Nashville.

My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. It’s located in a nice walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. Close to downtown. Any questions we had were handled quickly by our host. Overall a great week.

Place was clean and on site parking was a perk for quick overnight stay. Would have earned a 5 star but couldn't get the heater to work and locked out of the living room TV from previous guest with pin number issue. The host was nice and offered solutions that didn't resolve the problems. After a long day travelling thankfully the bed was comfy.
