Trendy East Nashville near Coffee Shops & Downtown

We were very pleased with this property. The entire place was very clean, welcoming and made for a wonderful stay. Our hosts were great to work with and had excellent communication and quick responses! The property is very conveniently located to everything you could want to enjoy in Nashville!

Wonderful place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay! Positive: Very classy condo and comfortable for our needs! Great location and parking facilities were available too! Negative: The second bedroom has bunk beds which are suitable only for children as it’s a very tight squeeze to accommodate adults! The top bunk beds perhaps is doable for sleeping arrangements! In saying this, there was an extra cot available in the closet with extra bed linen!

Roof leaked during a rainstorm the first night. The host was responsive and we realized the entire property is a VRBO, not just the individual unit. Their price detail is very confusing, they are very slow to answer questions when it comes to the money. I've spent a week waiting for an answer, had to call VRBO to get their attention. Hotels are so much easier!!!!I'm done with VRBO!!!!!!

The property was as pictured and described. It's modern, clean and comfortable. It was located in a safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. The property hostess, Jen, was very helpful and communicative. I recommend her place.
